Leslie J. P. Snadden

Leslie graduated from the University of Glasgow School of Veterinary Medicine in 1980. For four years, he worked in mixed practice across Scotland and Northern England, seeing horses and farm animals as well as pets. However, Leslie was keen to return to Glasgow because he loved the city.

He accepted an offer to work at The Veterinary Centre in 1984, having decided to try a small animal practice for a year to see if he liked it - we guess he did! He became a partner of the practice in 1986.

Leslie enjoys working with dogs and cats of all ages, sizes and types, as well as getting to know their owners. He particularly enjoys caring for older pets and engaging with the variety of conditions that can often develop in ageing pets.

Outside of work, Leslie enjoys a variety of sports, particularly American football and the travails of Raith Rovers Football Club. He also enjoys walking his nine year old Labrador, Miley.
